Shipping policy

Order Processing

We know you're excited to receive your order! Most orders are processed within 1 business day, and many ship the same business day.

During sales, new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and major holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Buttercup Lynne offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more (some exclusions may apply).

Most orders ship via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. 

Order Changes & Combined Orders

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at: customerservice@buttercuplynne.com.

If you place multiple orders, we do our best to combine them into one shipment whenever possible. However, because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee orders can be combined or modified before shipping. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Buttercup Lynne is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package. 

Redo Package Protection & Return Coverage

Buttercup Lynne is pleased to offer Redo Package Protection & Return Coverage for added peace of mind. Redo coverage is optional and must be selected during checkout. It cannot be added after an order has been placed.

When selected at checkout, Redo helps simplify eligible returns by providing a prepaid return shipping label for items that qualify under our Return Policy. Redo Package Protection may also provide assistance with eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages, subject to Redo's terms and conditions.

Redo coverage does not make final sale or otherwise ineligible items returnable. All returns remain subject to Buttercup Lynne's Return Policy and eligibility requirements.

Lost, Delayed & Stolen Packages

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first, as they often have additional delivery information that is not available to us.

We're always happy to help guide you through the process whenever possible.

Customers who purchase Redo Package Protection & Return Coverage may be eligible for assistance through Redo, subject to Redo's terms and conditions. 

Shipping Damage

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact customerservice@buttercuplynne.com within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item name or SKU
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if possible)

We'll review the issue promptly and work with you toward the best resolution. 

International Shipping

At this time, Buttercup Lynne ships within the United States only.

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. Buttercup Lynne is not liable for carrier delays, delivery exceptions, or packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in the carrier's possession. However, we're always happy to assist you in working with the shipping carrier or Redo (if purchased) to help resolve eligible shipping-related issues.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please monitor your tracking information and retrieve your package promptly after delivery. Buttercup Lynne is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or returned to Buttercup Lynne as unclaimed or undeliverable may be subject to return shipping charges and any applicable original shipping charges. Any eligible refund will be issued in accordance with our Return Policy after these charges have been deducted.
